Selection Process

Upon applying to a role with us, your application will be assessed against the criteria outlined in the job specification. If you are successful in being shortlisted you will be contacted by a member of our Human Resources team for a brief discussion regarding your skills, experience and expectations.

At your face to face interview the hiring manager will look to explore the content in your CV further, paying particular attention to any technical expertise or achievements as well as finding out more about you as a person.
